Mohanlal’s `Mango Times`!
After the stupendous success of Natturajavu, Mohanlal has started work on director Joshi’s new film titled Mambazhakalam. In the film, the actor is back to square one as he is Pratap.K.Chandran, another larger-than-life character, a dashing gulf returned guy who is a do-gooder. T.A.Shahid has written the script for the film.
Pratap.K.Chandran does not mouth obscene one-liners or get angry, instead always takes life as it comes and faces all problems with a smile. He is being paired opposite Shobana after Sradhha, nearly four years back and others in the cast are Kalabhavan Mani, Harisri Asokan, Cochin Haneefa, Shammi Thilakan and Kaviyoor Ponnamma.
M.Jayachandran scores the music and ‘Aroma’ Mani the lucky producer and distributor of Mohanlal hits like Balettan and now Natturajavu is producing Mambazhakalam. And the big joke is that Mohanlal says that mangoes are his favourite fruit!
Mambazhakalam will be Mohanlal’s next release due on November 12 for Diwali and Ramzan.
