How about a free language forum?

Maybe admin can create a board where other languages than english are allowed. this could be useful for people who can't write in english, but want to participate.

but the forum shud get some handful of visitors
from that region

and if the forum is made in other language
then more MODs are to b made as others will not
understand wat u wrote

and also there will b very less posts
due to the fact that most users watch and downlaod
no replies
