Somebody reset my FTP password

Today I received a mail from [email protected] stating that my FTP password has been reset. But I didnt requested a password reset. Is this automatically reset for any reason ?

Is there any other way I can retrieve that password?
Coz seems like I cannot find the email...:(

Some websites have been put back up and some passwords have been changed to its original Password.

My site was shut down along time ago and now I have a website on bizhat.com. I requested it to be moved and shut down again. Hopefully they did so.
