    Default cannot login FTP

    i cannot login ftp and it said my password is wrong. i am sure my password is correct.

    suppose i can get back the password by login the account manager. however, i forget to update the new email address. so what can i do ?? :(

    if your logging from your windows explorer, you may want to turn your firewall off while you are transfering or accessing ftp.
