    Default can i get some help?

    I am past the pont of frustration with using ftp programs and getting error messages. I have cuteftp as a software program. I can not connect to upload my site or do anything else at this point my website remains on my hard drive and like i said i am getting very frustrated. I am quite computer literate only this is new to me. and it may as well be greek at this point... running very low on patience can anyone help me out PLEASE!!!!
