We have a problem with our free phpBB2 forum's Database

Hi dear admin
Our free phpBB2 forum's location is in your servers. Our forum's web address : http://mohandesmilad.netfreehost.com . We have a exclusive domain and web host now. Our forum's new web address is http://forum.eca.ir . In this host we are install the phpBB2 forum system. We must restore the database of old forum in the new forum now. For this action, we are buy the MS MySQL Database of our forum from your company at one month ago ( 5$ PayPal ). When we are try to restore the database, this action failed and do not restore anything. We are try this action for severl time, but this action failed in any time. We are think the .sql file ( forum's database ) is damaged. Please help us. If you want test this acticon, we can get to you the our new forum's ( http://forum.eca.ir ) admin account and the database files's address.
