Problems with FTP-Upload

Hi there...

Since I've got an new FTP-Programm (SmartFTP), I do not get any connection to my account anymore... :cry: I don't know what's wrong with it, and I really don't like to upload the files through the bizhat-uploader...

I always get this:

you are probably trying to login your account anonymously which what SmartFTP does by default
on the upper part of the screen. probably next to the URL Addr thing, check off Anonymously and type your website's addrs, say scarlet.bizhat.com, as your user name. then type your password.
now, you should be able to login in with no problem
regarding uploading, it's pretty simple
all you have to do is drag-and-drop ( drag the stuff u want to upload into the SmartFTP's site-listing window.)

What was the user name ?

Are u able to login with that user name and the password at
