for those of you who is using version 0.9.3 at the moment.
please don't download the patch or the .xpi file in order to upgrade to 1.0.1
it does upgrade FireFox to v1.0.1, however you can't open any associated file with all the associated file no more.
see if you something like .torrent file, it will ask you for torrent program which would show something like the image below in v.0.9.3

this is what it shows after upgrading to v.1.0.3

and it doesn't work at all. no matter which extension or what kind extension it is.
so better off uninstall the old version, then install the new version.
for me, i will stay with the old version
the bug is not very critical

I had given up using firefox for a while because it was too buggy (kept crashing), though i downloaded version 1.0 a few weeks ago + they same to have sorted out all of the problems..

if you work with cookies a lot this is a nice add on for firefox/mozilla http://addneditcookies.mozdev.org/

Impossible : Maxthon use IE engine, so it has the same bugs, the same huge security holes, and the same problems with web standards.

By the way, Fx 1.0.2 is coming today or in one day.
