Problem with sending Private Messages...??

When I try to either preview or send a private message I get the following message on my screen:

Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, [email protected] and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

What's going on and how can I get this fixed??

f u get it again then mail the problem to stated ID
