Default Change The Google Video To any Format You Like

Changing Of Google Video To Your Format

You may have noticed that the videos that you may have downloaded is of the form ".gvi" ,which is only Playable in Google Video Player.

The problem of converting arises due the following reasons:
    1. The problem with the google Player is that its rendering engine is of poor quality,
If you convert it into avi,it will be playable on Fulllscreen with out any glitches.
    2. Moreover if you want to burn it into your CDS Google Doesnt Allow it
    It is really irritating.

So,if you want to convert it to any other format yo like you have to do the following steps.

Remember that this is against the Google Video Policy

For this the Softwares That You Require Are
    1.Virtual dub
    2.Divx(optional)

    1.Virtual Dub
VirtualDub is a video capture/processing utility for 32-bit Windows platforms (95/98/ME/NT4/2000/XP), licensed under the GNU General Public License (GPL). It lacks the editing power of a general-purpose editor such as Adobe Premiere, but is streamlined for fast linear operations over video. It has batch-processing capabilities for processing large numbers of files and can be extended with third-party video filters. VirtualDub is mainly geared toward processing AVI files, although it can read (not write) MPEG-1 and also handle sets of BMP images.

    2.Divx
It is Required Mainly because the converted files using Virtual Dub Will Be in GigaBytes,So you Can Compress it to Small sizes below 100 mbs

you can open the .gvp in notepad you can see the URL of the vdo there.
but if you try download it it doesnot work.
.gvp is the file that you get first then you have to open it in your google video player to get the vdo file, ie .gvi
