How do I Custimize a Forum?

hey I would like to know how do I change My fourm page to like all neat looking . You know like changing the background, and tabels? I dont think you do it by source code?

u can do it only if u have hosted the forum on a webhost rather than forum host
free forum are not made to be customized by u

if u have hosted it separately
then goto phpBB.com and u'll find good resources
u need to hav php knowledge inorder to workaround

Or you can go to your administration panel->Styles admin->menu->then download a style and use that, they have some pretty neet styles just preview all of them and pick like 2 or 3 that you like, download them, then use them.

BTW this is for PHBB board not any other kinds.
