Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), V.N. Purav Marg, Deonar, Mumbai – 400088 has invited applications for admission to Bachelor of Engineering in Printing Technology during Academic Year 2013-2017. The couses is conducted in collaboration with Maharashtra Mudran Parishad's Institute of Printing Technology and Research (MMPIPTR), Plot No. 3, Sector 11, Khanda Colony, Balbharthi Marg, New Panvel (West), Navi Mumbai - 410206.

Eligibility Criteria: First Year: H.S.C. Science (English, Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics) - 45% for General Category and 40% for Reserved Category candidates & CET
Second Year: AICTE approved Diploma in Printing Technology.

Age Limit: If the candidate is applying in the General Category he / she should be less than 25 years of age as of August 31, 2013. Applications from candidates over this age will not be entertained. If the candidate is applying in Reserved Category he / she should be less than 28 years of age as of August 31, 2013.

Applications: All candidates are required to strictly apply through an online application at Application Fees (Rs.1000/-application fee + Rs.50/- as bank processing charges) to be deposited in ‘Power Jyoti’ account in any branch of SBI.

Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe, and Nomadic and De-Notified Tribe candidates from Maharashtra, whose parent’s/guardian’s income is less than Rs. 2 lakhs (Rupees two lakhs only) and Rs. 1 lakh respectively are exempted from paying the Application Fee. They should apply online through the E-application. Candidates from remote places can send a
(i) request letter without the payment challan,
(ii) a plain self-addressed stamped envelope, and
(iii) copies of Caste and Income Certificate attested by any School Headmaster or a Principal of College or a Gazetted Officer.
