Director Priyadarsan has confirmed that Shobhana who won a national award for portraying the role of Ganga in 'Manichithrathaazhu' will make an one screen appearance in its sequence made in the title 'Geethanjali'. The movie which will have Lal as Dr Sunny will also have a huge supporting cast.Two fresh faces will appear as other lead actors in the movie. Priyadarsan and Dennis Joseph are jointly writing the script for this Manichithrathaazhu part two, which will have music by Vidyasagar.

Shobhana who had been very busy with her dance school is also been signed for another movie 'Thira' which will be the next offering from Vineeth Sreenivasan after his big hit 'Thattathin marayathu'.
