Earlier it was reported that B Unnikrishnan's Mr Fraud will be one movie that will have Mohanlal teaming up with Sureshgopi again. But as the scripts are complete , director of the movie has confirmed that SureshGopi will not be a part of this flick. He has brought in the likes of Madhu, Manoj K Jayan and Siddhique for the movie which he will call fondly as a cerebral thriller.

The shoot for 'Mr Fraud' is expected to get started by the final months of this year. The movie planned to be completed in a span of 70 day schedule will have some of its portions shoot at parts of Russia.
