Aishwarya Rai To Make Her Comeback Opposite Hubby Abhishek Bachchan

Aishwarya last appeared in a movie way back in 2010 in Sanjay Leela Bhansali's Guzaarish. Of course she gave birth to a beautiful baby and was busy with her young one, so could not sign up for any new movies.There have been many speculations on Aishwarya Rai's return on the silver screen. But now we have confirmed news that the gorgeous and mesmerizing Aishwarya is making her comeback opposite her hubby Abhishek Bachchan in a movie titled Happy Anniversary! .
The movie is to produced by Gaurang Doshi, who has earlier made films such as Aankhen, Bawandar and Deewar: Let's Bring Our Home. Happy Anniversary would also be the directorial debut of Prahlad Kakkar,who is famous for directing the Pepsi commercial featuring Amitabh Bachchan and Sachin Tendulkar. Gaurang Doshi confirmed the news " Yes, we have signed Aishwarya and Abhishek for the movie. The film is going to be Aishwarya's comeback on the big screen." He further elaborated "Happy Anniversary is about the how things work or rather how things do not work in a marriage. The tagline of the movie says it all ' Nobody dies a virgin, life screws us all'."
Gaurav says that it wasn't difficult for him to convince the couple as they immediately liked the script. He further added that we are not targeting any specific audience and the movie is a universal one and will be liked by all. Aishwarya Rai's Returns To The Big Screen The shooting of the movie will commence early next year and the film is expected to hit the theatres in 2014 itself. Happy Anniversary is joint production by Gaurang Doshi Productions and UVI Film Production.
