no i think thats how much space you have used, and is left on your site. but im not positive.

That number is your bandwidth which is reset mothely, so yes, its your monthly data transfer. To upgrade to the higher transfer amount, you need to actually ask for it here.

as for using FTP, you can use a program like cute FTP, or just open an FTP folder from the Biz hat control panel, the place you found that bandwidth statistic. since you seem to know that already, then you have been using ftp and hadn't known it.
