Second class in SSLC from Kerala Government Secondary Board of Examination or Other recognized Institutions/ Plus Two pass/Degree pass/SSLC Pass with experience in a Library.

Application form and Prospectus can be had from the office of the respective centres on payment of Rs.50/- by cash on all working days up to 20/12/2013. If the application form is required by post, apply to the Head of training centre along with a Demand Draft for Rs. 150/- drawn in favour of the Training Centre and a self addressed envelope on or before 20/12/2013.
