New users do not recive a confermation E-mail.

Hello, I am a trobled user of your free phpbb hosting service. First off I'd like to say its a great service you have here. Anyway, whenever users attempt to reigster to my forum, they do not recive a confermation e-mail back to them. At the moment I have to manually change their accounts to active.

I'm wondering if its something I messed up, or if its just a bug. I would also like to know if its possible to turn off the confermation email and the visual check thing.
