    Default How do I start up using web hosting?

    hello all

    first of all..sorry you guys about my silly question as I am a newbie here. Incidently I found this site from yahoo search engine and read the information about free webhosting. It sounds nice and looks promising. But I don't know how to start up using web panel...do I have to wait till admins or moderators approve and add the webtools panel?
