Of course, you can edit Flash Files... :D

You can use, Macromedia Flash, Swish Flash, A4Desk any other software programs that are alike...

A fla like the files on youtube.....

you can use video downloader 2.0 to dowload the fla file from a website. then use either total video converter to convert to a mpg or anything like that. or you can use flash mx to edit the fla file. there is no way you can get the original workspace, just the produced version. However with a bit of searching, there is sometimes a little luck of getting some of the original workspace, its not likely though.
