    Default Avatar Uploads

    The option to upload avatars from my desktop isn't available for my forum... Is that by design? I've clicked in the Admin area to allow it.

    Can someone help? Thanks. :D

    avatars, users need to upload to any image hosting service, then they can put the link on the forum.
