Hey Guyz Tell me which is Best TV Tuner Card or TV Capturing Device??
I wana buy to record Weekly Raw and Damn Smackdown Shows..
tell me which one I have to Buy. I just wana record videos in Good VCD Quality Format..Currently I Have TVv Tuner Card of MSI but the quality is not good..

I use Pinnacle PCTV Plus internal tuner card. Its working fine for me and able to record programs with reasonable quality.

Pinnacle is good choice. These card are the best for capturing
Also pixelview cards are good choice

MSI Tuner card allow you to record programs. You have any problem with recoring ?

yes man when i recored mp4 ply files its show me hanging vidoeo i mean video is working and play slowly

This can be caused if you don't have enough CPU or Memory resource when recording the program.
