MySQL hostname question

ok, let me rephrase my question.
i know why when i can't use localhost as hostname when i am using mysql control center because the php and sql server of bizhat is at the same computer (i think...) samething goes with the phpmyadmin. Therefore, when i want to connect to the sql server outside the phpmyadmin, i would need ip address or an url link to the main sql server.
The question is that i need to know the ip address or the url link.
can anyone help me?

You will not able to connect the MySQL account for outside. You have only permission to use MySQL in BizHat.com Free Hosting account, that is Hostname == "localhost"

Well, Ive logged into MySQL-PhpMyAdmin beofre and had no trouble, Now one time I just clicked on PhPMyAdmin and it said Invalid User Name/Password. I dont know why, I never changed it, and now It wont let me get to the database, to delete totally a database and Module. I want to Know how to fix this, or how to change my pass or acquire a new 1 thanks! This is Urgent! PLEASE HELP
