    Default Mass problem with confirmation code

    Im responsible for my churches newly created web forum and whoever I ask to try signing in as a new user cannot due to the confirmation code just not showing up, ive fiddled with the configuration as much as humanly possible and nothing helps, the confirmation code just doesnt show up and none of the people who have tried(over 20) have been able to get in and register. it would be appreciated if someone could help today. the faster we get this running the better it is for church opperations.
    is there a way to reset the forum setting so that i can start from scratch? or what has happened thta it wont display the code at all no matter how i try?

    You could just disable the confirmation code... :D

    disabling the confirmation code doesn't work, because I don't want just anyone being able to register to my forum or spammers getting in. the option should work!!
