I want to pay for my backup

I have decided to stop my free hosting. I bought my own site.
Now, I want you to give me a link from which I can pay 10 dolars or euros (I forgot which it was) for backup of my free base.

I have a few questions.

First, once I have paid, in which format and how will you send me my backup? Will it be a full backup?

Second, I will install PHPBB Forum on my paid hosting, and when I restore your backup, will it function? Will it be the same as this free now?

OK, I Have read and want to pay. But, in a payment form for Visa, in menu country, there is no my country. This is Serbia ( ex Yougoslavia ). What am I supposed to do. What country sholud I choose? This is a required field.
