there is no definite formula to a successful interview........ depends on whether you and the interviewer can click.

one thing i noted is that very often, the interviewer will ask you "Why Should I Hire You?"

therefore, you need to make up a list of your past experiences, skills and knowledge to show them your stuff.......

yes, i know it's embarrassing, but unless you are Japanese, showing and selling yourself will be the norm in Asian societies.
