The confirmation code you entered was incorrect..

Hi, probably a common problem but i have searched for an anwser to no avail, i have turned the visual confirmation off, not that its there when i turn it on?? i've also tried the other login settings i.e. user, admin but people still cant register on my forum.

i would post a link but i can't untill i do 5 posts (that shouldn't take long)

could anybody PLEASE help.

I think the problem is that the confirmation code is Case-Sensitive.

So, Capital letters must be entered as Capitals letters.

And this may not be cleat to many users.
