I have created a bodybuilding forum with Bizhat about a week ago and already have 124 users and 221 articles. I was amazed at the very big choice for the templates.

The only thing though is that the forums miss lots of useful and clean mods like Homepage, mass email, colored ranks,etc. From what I understand though it is impossible to upload mods for every forum as they all use a different phpbb folder.

Anyway that was just my 2 cents. Very good free hosting.

Presently there is NO mods available.

It is lot of work to install MODs on all the available templates and keep them updated.

With new version of phpBB (v3), we will not able to use any of the present templates, when we update to v3, we will add some MODs to all hosted phpBB forums.

Just wondering, Nokia....when will phpBB (v3) be out and available? Will those of us who already have forums be automatically be updated? Or....what?

cant tell when will be the final release. Upadtes will be for all the users who have forum with bizhat.
No data will be deleted.only addition and modification of some config tables.

Nokia, can you tell us any of the new features that we'll be getting? I hope we get some really good additions :D

There will be many more features like unlimited sub forums, but have to wait for phpBB 3 to be released by www.phpbb.com
