FTP please

I am a new user of the free web hosting service. I have used FTP before but every time i do somthing goes wrong. Could someone please post up a tutorial for me or a link to one.

The main problem this time is that it wont accept my username and password BUT when i press cancel the files upload. Then they cant be read. Thanks in advance for any reply!

Thats what i use all the time .. never fails.. you just need to know your password and username.
