One of my users claims she registered and when she went to sign in it says no such user, when she request her password it says email info doesn't match. She is on my member list. How can I assist her?

ALSO, I have asked this before, Is there away for me to manage my member in the Admin panel? I don't seem to see a list of my members with their contact info and profile displayed.
