Default Windows Vista Wireless Connectivity Problem---- Need Help

I had employed Cisco Aironet 1131AG WAP connected to Local switch (3750) which porvides connectivity to LAN and other servers including DHCP Server.
With HP Pavilion Laptop Windows Vista Inbuilt, i am able to connect to the WAP with our SSID and WEP Key, and i am supposed to get ip dynamically through DHCP Server.
Problem i am facing is i can connect to the WAP and it shows Connected to the Available SSID but i am not able to receive IP address, thus getting limited connectivity.

Is there any internal firewall or blocking software inbuilt in Vista that prevents me from Obtaining IP address??
I am able to receive IP through wired LAN Connection.

Can any Wireless Expert help me out.?????
