Hello. I need help. I am hosting a web-site in bizhat com and I use Google Sitemaps. When I use this tool I get these results

Analysis of cached robots txt:
Parsing results
robots txt file does not appear to be valid

I also use an FTP program to upload files to bizhat but I can't use it to see the robots txt file. Does anybody hosting in bizhat have the same problem? What can I do?
