The two great men whom almost all Indians adore and respect. (1) Mahatma Gandhi - We know he led the Freedom struggle, some of his noted moves - non-cooperation movement, Satyagrah, Non-violence etc. decorated as Father of Nation. BUT during the freedom struggle each and every indian was having only one motive to get freedom so can Mahatma Gandhi only because he was a freedom fighter be termed more patriotic than Dr. Kalam..?? (2) APJ Abdul Kalam - Renowned scientist, Former President of India for 2 continous term, served the nation in the lab, his only passion was to see that our country has indigenous Missile system. Popularly known as Missile man among his colleagues. He gave up all the worldly pleasures and served the nation selflessly. So what if he is a missile man can he take the credit of being the most patriotic person over the father of nation..??? I am confused. Both the personalities to me have equal status. Gandhiji fought for independence its true but does he had any other choice..??
