problem with site (only source is displayed)

i have a problem. when i go to forum on my site (http://issax.bizhat.com/phpBB2/index.php) all i can see is source code. i dont know why this hapenned. yesterday, everything was working fine.

Now onwards only users with 20 Posts in the forum get PHP support.
