Need advice

Hi All, A friend of mine has created a forum here and has asked me to co-moderate it. She's extremely busy and has some health issues and would like me to create some informational posts and also answer user questions, etc. about her product. I've signed up as a user for her forum but don't know how to gain control of the forum set-up so I can create topics, etc. Does the moderator need to do something to grant me access to these features, and if so, what does she need to do? I'm very computer savvy and could set this up myself, but she already started the process and I don't know how to get the access I need to do what she wants me to do. Thanks for the help! Melanie

The person who set up the forum needs to give you admin authority.
You can probably log in with her username and password to do it yourself. Go to user admin---Permissions

Hi there! Thanks so much for the response. She set me up as an admin, I just have one more question. Can a forum name be changed? Considering the content, we've determined that the original name is not appropriate, so we'd like to change it so it doesn't confuse people. Is this possible or do we need to start anew?

Go to Forum Admin---Management. All of the edits and all are there. Almost anything can be changed
