My guess would be it has to do with the ever present danger of copyright infringement. Unless you write it yourself and have all rights to it's distribution there is going to be the issue of this. I have been a musician for over 30 years and have never had any of my work published for just this reason. I give it to close friends, but that is all. Another reason I am not published is because when this happens then you have legal contracts to sign and that somewhat takes the pleasure out of it's production for me. As I am not an admin here I may be way off base with their actual reasoning. This is just my opinion. 8)
