Sometimes when things become crazy
around us we need to convince ourself
that we need to take a break. A rest.
To go away from the normal routine.
Find a special comfortable chair at
home or some other place, as long
as it's with minimal noise and no dis-
ruption. Put up your legs, have a cup
or glass of something soothing to drink,
maybe cover yourself with a blanket and
a book, a funny book,something that will
make you smile.

Relax, close your eyes and dream away.
