    Default FILE MANAGER PROBLEM!!!!!

I have a problem with the FILE MANAGER. When I click to access a flashlight appears and starts searching contents, then, after a while this message appears:

THERE WAS AN ERROR OPENING THE FOLDER IN THE FTP SERVER. MAKE SURE YOU HAVE ACCESS PERMISION TO THIS FOLDER.

    DETAILS:

    200 TYPE IS NOW ASCII
    200 PORT COMMAND SUCCESSFUL
425 COULD NOT OPEN DATA CONNECTION TO PORT 3439: CONNECTION TIMED OUT.

or something like that. Please, I am really worried because I have my forum there, i dont know what's wrong, i think this is a bizhat.com technical problem because I can access my file manager with CUTE FTP

anyone that knows this please help me.
