    In my opinion, Otes with fruits and fruit juice or some toast, eggs and coffe is healthiest break fast.

    if there's a best time during the day to consume of healthy carbs, it's during breakfast. for one thing, breakfast is the most important meal of the day so eat what u like without sacrificing the nutritious contents of your food but just don't skip breakfast!:)
