My Forums!?

I haven't uploaded anyting on to my site in about a week, nor touched my FTP transfer program in that time. My forums worked fine yesterday, save for a few problems with the language (It was somehow switched to russian or something, without my knowledge). Now, today, They are mising. As in, site not found.

I have not touched the page, so the fault could not have been mine.

Can someone please help me? Have I done something wrong? Are they recoverable?
