Sun will rise from the West?

Hello friends,
i recently read somewhere that one day the sun would rise from the west and this year the sun would rise in the west in mars. Also i read that the direction of where our planet would change. Is this really true, if so then how and when canthis take place????

hmm interesting question I have also heard of that one day the sun will rise in the west. But, I think that it was more a saying meaning that technology and growth will increase in the west as in a direction or position in the world. Just like in a movie they stated one day the sun will rise again in Japan. I think it might be similar to that but I'm not sure.
