Safe mode?

Hello, Just wanted to know why it is not possible to install the skins for invision 2.0 3 it is able to upload the 1 skins and 1 image files you need
and it says its been installed,but when i look in the server image folder it is empty so my forum has no Heading logo or buttons for reply and all.

Many forums have this problem outside here they say the safe mode is responsible and only the host can stop it. There is no CHMOD that can fix this. Enable safe mode inside invision wont help too.

Can this be fixed or do i have to go back to invision 1.3 that works OK.

Use phpBB or IB, that work fine with Safe Mode On.
