Ingredients
• 2 Tbsp Cumin Powder
• 2 Tbsp Mint Leaves Paste
• ½ Tsp Cilantro Leaves Paste
• 1 Tbsp Dried Mango Powder
• ½ Tsp Black Salt
• 2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
• Pinch Sugar
• 5 Cups Cold Water
• 2 Tbsp Coriander Leaves
Method
• Mix all the above Ingredients: except the water and mix well.
• Add the cold water.
• Garnish with coriander leaves.

Shahi Tukra Recipe
Ingredients
• 12 Bread Slices
• Ghee to Fry
• 1 Cup Milk
• 150 Gms Sugar
• 150 Gms Condensed Milk
• 125 Gms Khoya
• 15 Silver Leaves
• Cardamom Powder
• Saffron
• Rose Water
• 25 Gms Pistachio Nuts
Method
• Remove the crust of bread slices
• Deep fry them to golden color in heated ghee.
• Heat milk and add sugar.
• Add fried bread slices.
• Add condensed milk and all the Ingredients: except nuts and silver leaves.
• Cook on low flame till milk becomes very thick.
• Pour this mixture on plate with the rest of the milk.
• Cover with silver leaves, sprinkle shredded nuts on top.

Papri Recipe
Ingredients
• ½ Kg Besan Flour
• 1/4 Kg Maida Flour
• 1 Tsp Mustard Oil
• Salt To Taste
• 1 Tsp Red Chili Powder
• 1 Cup Water
• 1 Tsp Methi Leaves
Method
• Mix besan, salt, red chili powder and oil well.
• Knead the mixture into dough.
• Add methi leaves and knead again.
• Put some heat oil and knead again.
• Make small balls and roll them into small chapattis using dust of maida.
• Deep fry them in heated oil in low flame till they turn golden yellow.

Sweet Rice Recipe
Ingredients
• 1 Cup Basmati Rice
• 1 Cup Milk
• 1 Cup Grated Coconut
• 1½ Cup Sugar
• Saffron
• Cardamom Powder
• 2 Tbsp Ghee
• A Pinch Of Food Color (Red)
• 12 Cashewnuts
• Dry Raisins
Method
• Wash and soak rice in water for 1 hour.
• Cook with milk, and little water.
• When it is almost cooked, add sugar and mix well.
• Add grated coconut and cook for 5 minutes.
• Mix red color well and remove from fire.
• Fry cashew nuts, raisins in ghee in a separate pan.
• Mix this with the colored rice.

Bhang Ke Vade Recipe
Bhang Ke Vade Recipe
Ingredients
• 1½ Litres Water
• 1½ Cup Sugar
• 1 Cup Milk
• 1 Tbsp Almonds
• 1 Tbsp Watermelon Seeds
• ½ Tbsp Poppy Seeds
• ½ Tbsp Aniseed
• Cardamom Powder
• ½ Tsp Rose Water
• 1 Tsp Peppercorns
• ¼ Cup Fresh Rose Petals
Method
• Soak sugar in ½ litre of the water.
• Soak almonds, watermelon seeds, poppy seeds, aniseed, and peppercorns in 2 cups of remaining water for 4 hours.
• Grind all soaked Ingredients: except sugar to a very fine paste.
• Use a strong muslin strainer and extract the liquid.
• Add remaining water little at a time to extract more.
• Add milk, sugar and rosewater to the extracted liquid.
• Add cardamom powder and mix well.
