Get the sarees dry-cleaned, if they get stained immediately after use or clean just the area that is stained as quickly as possible. Fold them nicely with newspaper in between and keep them in clean transparent plastic bags. Keep the blouse neatly folded with the sarees too, so that you don't get them mixed. Have some good stain-cleaners handy, and use cotton to clean just the area that is stained. That should keep your sarees as good as new for years.
