    Your such a concerned citizen. But I
    would like to focus with water that
    has many functions in our body. There
    are many humans nowadays that are
    suffering from renal stones due to lack
    of fluid intake. If we take fluid frequently,
    then we can avoid kidney stones and we
    will be sure that we can avoid ourselves
    from dialysis.
