    If you need a program to help you design your website, I would suggest using Miscrosoft Frontpage. Not necessarily the best, but it's good for people just learning how to set up a website. Here's a site that has some decent info to get you started...

    Or just do your own search on Google, you'll et more info than you'll care to read through.
