2.U have to take sprouts,ground nuts,cashew 7,7almods,dates 4 as your break fast its keeps you healthy through the day.
3.during the lunch u have to take 2 or 3 pulkas along with more and different types of curries.
4.U have to take more leafy vegetables daily it increase your eye power and don't strain u while sitting in front of the computer
5.U have to take more fruits daily that gives u brightness on your face.
6.U have to take the juice of raw vegetables like(carrot,keera,tomato,snake guard and etc) as your evening breakfast.
7.U should not use salt in the curries its the best way to decrease the body pains , heart attacks , and sudden strokes
8.don't use sugar much it brings u the diabities problems .
9. Instead of sugar u take a dozen of dry dates and keep it in sun for few hours and take out the seeds in that and keep it in the mixer grinder then it becomes powdered u can use it as sugar in many ways .
10.dry fruits are very good for health if u take them there is no need to take even the breakfast
