for first time, take a few bananas as it's just your trial version, so go easy!

Cut bananas(in whatever shape you like) and place them into a mixture of salt and turmeric powder for exactly 10 mins.

Take out all and wrap in a dry cloth to remove excess moist.

Fry bananas in highly heated oil (coconut/vegatable) until they are crispy as per your need.

after placing the fried bananas on a napkin for 5-10 mins sprinkle them with salt and serve with chutney or tea.

this is the easiest method to to make banana chips.
