New forum suspended or deleted ... ?

My friends started a new forum this week, we gained members quickly and were highly active. Until suddenly yesterda evening the forum was down for 2 hours and today it has been down saying that the forum is 'suspended or deleted' due to inactivity. The thing is, the forum is anything BUT inactive, so I have no clue on what's going on here. Is this some typical error or is something really going on here?

Ok, so I send an e-mail to Bizhat yesterday and got an answer that forums get deleted after a month when they are inactive. Obviously my mail wasn't read at all and I just got some standard answer to the error I was getting when trying to access the forum. Because the forum I mention is hardly a week old and we posted like 250 messages a day and gaining members quickly. So the thing I'm afraid of most, is that they somehow deleted our forum by mistake. Please someone tell me that's not possible and something else is going on? Because we seriously don't want to start all over when a horrible mistake like that is made...

Ok, seriously .. we were finally back on tonight after I asked for our forum to be re-activated again and less than two hours later we're gone again. What is going on!?!
