    Default Best Way Of Freezing Apples

    Supplies Needed

    * Apples
    * Knife
    * Peeler
    * Sugar

    Instructions

    * First of all, you need to select the right kind of apples. Make sure that they are firm and crisp.
    * Now, wash the apples thoroughly and let them dry.
    * With the help of a peeler, peel the apples and cut them into small wedges, with a knife.
    * Next, sprinkle sugar over the apples, 1/4 cup sugar for each quart of the fruit.
    * Stir the apples well, to mix in the sugar properly.
    * Place the apples in the freezer bags/containers, making sure to leave 1/4 inch of headspace.
    * Seal the bags/containers properly and put them in the freezer, making sure to mark them with date.
